De organisatie LOTUS heeft kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel staan. Dat komt tot uiting in de manier waarop de aangesloten kringen hun cursisten opleiden tot gedegen en gedreven LOTUS-slachtoffers: mensen die zich met vakbekwaamheid en vooral met plezier inzetten bij opleidingen, trainingen en examinering van eerstehulpverleners.
De statuten en het huishoudelijk reglement van de organisatie bieden hierbij een houvast voor alle aangesloten kringen.
Een steeds sneller veranderende maatschappij vraagt om een organisatie die zich soepel en zonder veel rompslomp kan aanpassen. De zorg en de daaraan gekoppelde eerstehulpverlening verandert constant. De organisatie LOTUS past zich hierbij aan. Naast het opleiden van de eigen aangesloten kringen wil de organisatie vooral ook een partner zijn voor alle LOTUS- en eerstehulpopleiders in Nederland. Dat doen we door het beschikbaar stellen van onze expertise en door het geven van (maatwerk)opleidingen.
